What data we collect
When you sign in with Steam, we receive your Steam ID, display name, and avatar URL from Steam's public profile API. This info is stored in our authentication provider (Supabase) so we can identify your account.
If you submit Proton compatibility configs or vote on reports, that activity is tied to your account so you can manage it later.
What we don't collect
- We don't track you with analytics or ad pixels
- We don't sell or share your data with third parties
- We don't access your Steam account beyond public profile info (no games, no friends, no purchase history)
Where data is stored
Authentication is handled by Supabase (hosted on AWS). User-submitted configs and votes are stored in a Supabase Postgres database. The static site itself is hosted on GitHub Pages.
Data retention
You can delete your account and all associated data from the account management page at any time. If you sign out and never return, your profile data stays in Supabase until you request deletion.
